MyHousing Online Services

MyHousing Online Services are simple and convenient tools for you to interact with us and access your information online. MyHousing Online Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All you need is a computer, smartphone or tablet with an internet connection.

There are currently 4 main online services available, have a closer look below to see if this is what you are looking for:


Applications online

Apply for housing assistance online using MyHousing Applications Online.

What you will need to get started:

  • A personal email account
  • A password so you can access your application.

When applying you can:

  • Save, exit and return to your form anytime within 30 days.
  • Upload and attach any supporting documents.
  • Confirm your personal details like identity and income online. There’s no need to bring your documents into an office.

Have things changed since you applied?

If you have submitted your application, you can let us know of any changes online.

Account and Information

Check your account and personal information online.

You can access and manage your housing information online using MyHousing Account and Information.

What you will need to get started:

  • You will need to be one the following to register and create an account:
    • main applicant
    • main tenant
    • main Rentstart Bond Loan recipient
    • main former tenant
  • To create an account you will need an email account and one of the following:
    • Housing client reference number
    • Payment reference number
    • Application reference number
  • You also will be asked a few identification questions and also need to create a password.
  • Create an account today and check your information.

Once registered you can:

  • Check your rent, water, Rentstart Bond Loan and other accounts.
  • View and print transaction history.
  • Update your contact details.
  • View information about your application.

eRepair

Lodge your non-urgent maintenance requests online using eRepair

No registration needed you can simply:

  • Click on Request a repair to get started.
  • Select the item from the options displayed that need repair.
  • Continue to choose the options that best describe what is broken.
  • Provide further details on the damage if needed in the space provided.
  • You can add up to 5 items to a request.
  • You will also need to provide your address and contact details so we can organise the repair(s).
  • Submit the form when you are happy and we will be in touch soon.

ePay

Pay your accounts online using ePay.

  • You can make a payment using a secure online page (no registration needed)
  • Pay your rent, water, repairs and outstanding accounts securely online (with BPAY and internet payments).
