For your application information to appear, you must be listed on the NSW Housing Register. You would have received a letter to confirm this.
If your application is currently being assessed or is suspended, your application information will not be available on MyHousing. If you believe your application should appear, please contact Support on 1800 422 322.
The View my Housing Accounts icon within MyHousing is only available to FACS Housing tenants including public housing tenants and tenants living in Aboriginal Housing Office properties.
Currently, you cannot send messages to FACS Housing via MyHousing
Check My Messages only shows targeted messages that FACS Housing send directly to the MyHousing website. To contact FACS Housing, you will need to either call or visit a FACS Housing office or call the Housing Contact Centre on 1800 422 322.
