Resitech’s core business is the provision of asset solutions through project management and quality professional services.
Our approach is to partner with clients to jointly understand specific requirements and bring together a combination of expertise to develop and implement solutions for a broad range of social, cultural, environmentally sensitive and geographically widespread residential projects.
Project management services across asset lifecycles generally falls into three areas:
- Planning, design and construction management of new properties, purchase and sale of existing properties
- Reconfiguration or upgrade programs, such as fire safety solutions, major estates and other specialty asset upgrading; and
- Stand alone professional services including planning, architecture, engineering, property services, quantity surveying and contract services.
Resitech’s professional team includes planners, architects, valuers, land surveyors, landscape architects, engineers, quantity surveyors and project management experts who bring together many years of experience in the residential property and development industry.
Resitech has won awards and peer recognition for professional excellence from bodies including the Royal Australian Planning Institute, Royal Australian Institute of Architects, Australian Institute of Landscape Architects, Master Builder’s Association and the Housing Industry Association.
Our Clients
As the NSW Department of Housing’s internal service provider Resitech’s primary client base is the Housing Services /Office of Community Housing Divisions within the Department. Increasingly Resitech also provides services to other Corporate and asset related stakeholders within the Department. The Department’s statewide portfolio consists of around 130,000 properties with a current asset valuation of approximately $27B.
RESITECH provides parallel asset services to a small base of clients external to the Department who are all involved with assets utilised for social and special needs housing and special purpose accommodation. The Aboriginal Housing Office is the largest of these and RESITECH also has clients within Government, not-for-profit/charitable, and the private sector.
