Quantity Surveying
Having access to accurate and reliable cost information is a critical aspect in any development project.
Our quantity surveying team provides cost estimates on new building work, renovations, small works, maintenance, property damage and landscape works. We undertake tender assessments and recommendation reports, cost development options, and create and maintain schedule rate contracts for repetitive maintenance works.
Property Services
In addition to managing purchase and disposal work, Resitech’s property team provides valuations, rent assessments, easement services, economic appraisals, property retitling and other property related services.
