About Resitech

RESITECH is a service agency and internal service provider within the NSW Department of Housing. It has more than 50 years experience delivering projects and program management and asset related professional services within the residential housing industry. 

RESITECH exists primarily to provide asset related services to the Department.  Similar services are provided to a core group of external clients who are directly and indirectly concerned with residential housing and speciality accommodation assets. Services are provided in accordance with the Housing Act 2001.

RESITECH has a staff of qualified and skilled professionals across a range of project management, property and asset related disciplines. Based in Ashfield and other key locations within the State our staff are supported by a network of accredited contractors and suppliers.
