Tenant Support Services Overview

Housing is more than just shelter. Working together with public housing tenants and neighbourhoods, Housing NSW will continue to support initiatives to build and maintain strong, thriving communities.

As housing needs change, Housing NSW will continue to respond effectively and efficiently to the shifting demands of emerging groups and household types. Housing NSW will continue to develop partnerships with government, private, not-for-profit and community organisations to develop innovative solutions to meet current and future housing needs.

Housing NSW provides a range of language services to ensure that all tenants have equal access to public housing services and information.

Should a tenant wish to purchase the home they are occupying, Housing NSW offers advice and services to help home buyers.

Housing NSW is also committed to reducing the effects of domestic violence by providing assistance to tenants.
