Payment Options

Housing NSW offers four easy payment options to pay your rent, water and other accounts.

  • Internet
  • BPAY
  • In person at Australia Post or at a Service NSW Centre
  • Rent Deduction Scheme
  • Bond Loan Deduction Scheme
  • Other payment options may be available. Please contact us for further details.

    Pay Online: You will be transferred to a secure link to process your transaction

     

    Internet

    Make your payments via a secure online page. You must register first to pay from your nominated bank account. You do not need to register for credit card payments. Allocate the amount you wish to pay for each account (ie. rent, water etc) and follow the instructions to complete the transaction. You will need your rent payment reference number (PRN) for all payments.

  • You will be transferred to a secure link to process your transaction.

    BPAY®

    Pay your Housing NSW accounts by telephone or via internet banking 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To use BPAY, or if you require assistance with BPAY, you must contact your financial institution.

     

    To pay rent, water and other tenancy related charges you will need the Housing NSW Biller Code (334292) and the relevant payment reference number (PRN) found on your quarterly statement (ie. Rent, water etc).

     

    To repay a Rentstart Bond Loan you will need the Housing NSW Bond Loan Biller Code (203570) and the relevant PRN found on your quarterly statement.

    Service NSW

    In person

    Pay in person at any Australia Post Office or at a Service NSW Centre with your Rent Payment Card. You can pay by cash, EFTPOS or cheque.

     

     

     

    Rent Deduction Scheme (RDS)

    If you receive an income from Centrelink, you can have your Housing NSW payments automatically deducted from your pension/allowance. The scheme is voluntary and completely free and you can withdraw from the scheme at any time. Simply complete an Authority for Rent Deduction form available at your local Housing NSW office.

     

     

     

    Bond Loan Deduction Scheme (BLDS)

    If you receive an income from Centrelink, you can have your Rentstart Bond Loan payments automatically deducted from your pension/allowance. The scheme is voluntary and completely free and you can withdraw from the scheme at any time. Simply complete an Authority for Bond Loan Deduction form available at your local Housing NSW office.
