Matching Clients & Properties

The Housing NSW aims to promote a successful and sustainable tenancy when matching clients to properties. This means matching a client to a property that:

  • Is large enough for the client’s household
  • Meets any special needs of the client so far as these are known
  • Assists the client to access special support services that they need
  • Encourage a sustainable tenancy
  • Makes the best use of available housing stock
