Forms, Policies & Fact Sheets

Housing NSW has many policies that cover how we assist clients, as well as policies that address tenants’ responsibilities. Policies may be quite long in some cases, so we have provided topic summaries and fact sheets to explain the main points of a policy.

Finding the information

1. If you are not sure what information you are looking for, we suggest that you first look in the Topics section which has information grouped together under topics.
2. If you know the information you are looking for or you have already been to the Topics section, we suggest you read the fact sheet.
3. If you want further detail, the policies are also available on the website.
4. If you require information in another language, we suggest that you look in the Other Languages section.
