Housing Contact Centre

The Housing Contact Centre delivers a wide range of services to tenants 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

 

Services available to tenants and other clients are:

  • General enquiries (1800 629 212) – 24 hours, 7 days week
  • Maintenance (131 571) – 24 hours, 7 days week
  • Client Feedback (1800 652 059) – Mon – Fri 8.30am to 4.30pm
  • Aboriginal Enquiry Line (1800 335 740) – Mon – Fri 8.30am to 4.30pm
  • Interpreter Services (131 450) – 24 hours, 7 days week
  • Business Assurance (1800 806 206) – Mon – Fri 8.30am to 4.30pm (not including Public Holidays.

The Business Assurance Unit has been specially set up for tenants and members of the public to report cases of alleged corruption and misconduct by both staff and tenants of Housing NSW.  All calls are treated with the strictest confidence and specially trained staff handle all these calls. 

 

The Centre provides services on behalf of other business units within Housing NSW, including Office of the Director General, Community Housing, Service Development, and Business Assurance.
