Windale Transformation Strategy

The Windale Transformation Strategy represents Housing NSW’s 10-year commitment to ensure a strong, vibrant future for Windale. The strategy will involve refurbishment and staged sales of social housing properties to create affordable housing for low-to-moderate income owner-occupiers.

In early 2011, Housing NSW will approach the market to look for innovative ideas for the reuse and redevelopment of targeted social housing townhouse complexes.
