The Riverwood North Urban Renewal Project plans to create a vibrant community with up to 600 modern, architecturally-designed, environmentally-friendly new homes surrounded by landscaped public spaces.
The renewal project will include a mix of social and private housing, incorporating 150 social housing units for seniors, and the addition of up to 450 privately-owned and affordable dwellings.
The project is a partnership between Housing NSW and Payce Communities.
