Riverwood North Urban Renewal Project Contract

Overview

Housing NSW and Payce Communities (and its guarantor) executed the project delivery agreement on 24 August 2010. The agreement is for Payce Communities to demolish the existing social housing units within the identified site and redevelop and increase the density to 600 dwellings. The mix of the proposed development is 150 social senior living housing dwellings with the balance of the 450 private and affordable units to be built progressively within a nine year timeframe.

After the contract was executed Payce Communities requested and Housing NSW approved, an increase in the number of private dwellings from 450 to 500, for a total of 650 dwellings.
