The Coledale Revitalisation Strategy aims to create a new and vibrant community in West Tamworth consisting of a mix of private, public and affordable housing.
A master plan is currently being finalised in conjunction with Tamworth Regional Council which outlines improvements to rejuvenate the area including property upgrades, streetscape enhancement and the inclusion of new road infrastructure to improve access and linkages through the suburb.
The Revitalisation Strategy will see up to 150 public housing properties offered for sale at affordable prices to first home buyers and eligible tenants which will create a new, secure, family-friendly neighbourhood.
