Over four years, the Dubbo Building Stronger Communities (BSC) program helped make Dubbo a great place to live, building modern houses and new public areas as well improving the local services for residents. To achieve this, the Dubbo Housing NSW Community Regeneration team partnered with tenants, community groups, other government and non-government organisations to develop solutions to meet local needs.
The Dubbo community is proud of the BSC’s achievements, with many initiatives featuring in local media and community newsletters.
As the program nears completion, Housing NSW is committed to ensuring that the BSC work will continue. Currently, we are working closely with our key partners and stakeholders to ensure programs and activities will be supported into the future.
