The purpose of this Resource Kit is to assist professionals and partner agencies in their shared commitment and work with vulnerable clients with complex housing and support needs.
The Resource Kit contains a set of tools, templates and other relevant documentation to promote effective inter-agency collaboration and coordination across all partner agencies through the NSW Housing and Human Services Accord.
The Kit has been recently updated to include the final version of the Client Information Sharing Schedule, the Questions and Answer guide and Client Consent Form.
