A template Affordable Housing Management Annexure for tenancy management has been developed to assist organisations to reach appropriate arrangements with affordable housing managers. This Annexure outlines additional requirements for managing affordable housing and would be attached to a standard agency management agreement.
Please note this template should be used as a guide for owners and managers of affordable housing and independent legal advice should be sought. Arrangements between managers and owners must be negotiated to the satisfaction of the parties involved.
The Centre for Affordable Housing is currently developing a template headlease and management agreement for fee for service arrangements.
