Investment and Feasibility Analysis

Affordable housing is good for the community, but it also needs to make good financial sense. The Centre can assess projects to advise on how to maximise the return on your investment.

 

The Centre will undertake an options analysis, examining factors such as funding arrangements, partnership arrangements, structures, and debt and equity instruments. In addition, the Centre can conduct feasibility studies, assessing project viability.

 

As the project develops, the Centre can advise on funding arrangements, the best structure for the relationship between the council and the developer, and other related issues.
