Affordable housing is good for the community, but it also needs to make good financial sense. The Centre can assist project proponents to assess projects and provide high level advice on matters which would improve investment returns and reduce risk.
As a project develops, the Centre can provide high level advice on funding arrangements and partnership arrangements and provide comment on project feasibility and project viability.
