Initial Assessment

The Centre for Affordable Housing can undertake an initial assessment to determine whether the affordable housing proposal is viable and, if it is, to identify options that will enable the project to proceed. Proposals are not expected to be fully developed or detailed at this stage.

Proponents will be asked to provide basic proposal information to enable the Centre for Affordable Housing to assess:

  • affordable housing need in the location
  • project viability and capacity to deliver affordable housing
  • potential partners and resources
  • development options.
