> Government’s release of future directions in community housing through the Planning for the Future: Community Housing, a Five-year Strategy for Growth
and Sustainability which will see a doubling of homes in the community housing sector.
> Release in April 2007 of the Housing and Human Services Accord, which establishes a framework for cross-agency housing and support agreements.
> Selected Bonnyrigg Partnerships as the private-sector partner in December 2006 to plan and undertake the redevelopment of the Bonnyrigg Living Communities Project.
> Properties were auctioned and sold in June 2007 under the Building Stronger Communities Dubbo project for the redevelopment
of the Gordon Estate.
