Ethical Partnerships: The Department expects its commercial partners to adhere to ethical standards when doing business with the Department. Commercial partners are expected to make their employees, agents, subcontractors or anyone working on Departmental business aware of our Statement of Business Ethics and their obligation to respect its principles.
