Housing NSW is headed by Chief Executive Mike Allen. He is supported by Donna Lantavos (Director, Office of the Chief Executive) and Paul Vevers (Coordinator, Economic Stimulus Package).
Donna Lantavos is responsible for political, public affairs and communication services, leads the provision of high-level and strategic advice and support for the Chief Executive and Minister.
Paul Vevers is responsible for implementation and delivery of Australian and NSW government-funded housing projects under the Nation Building Economic Stimulus Project.
The second level is made up of eight divisions: Policy and Strategy; Assets; Community Housing; Strategic Projects; Housing Services; Corporate Finance and IT; Governance and Regulation; and Housing Reform and HR.
- Executive Director (Policy and Strategy) is Maura Boland. Accountable for strategy, policy and advice to meet housing needs; setting high-level client, asset and service delivery outcomes; high-level resource distribution. Leads planning, monitoring and distribution.
- Acting Executive Director (Assets) is Paul Vevers. Leads the asset portfolio. Develops and delivers asset policies and programs to strengthen assets capability of social housing. Designs and delivers asset projects.
- Executive Director (Community Housing) is Leonie King. Accountable for delivering strategic policy directions for clients, assets and providers in the community housing system.
- Executive Director (Strategic Projects) is Mark Shepherd. Responsible for undertaking projects with high-impact improvements for social housing, including major public-private partnerships.
- Acting Executive Director (Housing Services) is Brodie Druett. Responsible for delivering responsive services to tenants and applicants as well as building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders.
- Acting Executive Director (Corporate Finance and IT) is Michael Kuenzle. Responsible for the financial framework of HNSW; development and ongoing management of all vision, strategy, policy, guidelines and standards relating to the management of information technology; management of the project management framework and methodologies and HNSW’s relationship with NSW Businesslink.
- Executive Director (Governance and Regulation) is Colleen Dreis. Provides expertise, analysis and advice and develop strategic frameworks to ensure adequate control, decision-making, review and reporting of Housing NSW activities.
- Executive Director (Housing Reform and HR) is Meg Zvirbulis. Accountable for the development, implementation and support of people management and organisational reform strategies, the organisation design framework and an overall view of future capability needs in line with strategic workforce requirements.
