Former Tenants

Former tenants who lived in Housing NSW or Aboriginal Housing Office  (AHO) properties may apply for Public Housing. To be considered for Public Housing former tenants must meet certain eligibility criteria. These include:

• Within Housing NSW's income and asset eligibility limits,
• A citizen of Australia or a permanent resident,
• Living in NSW.
